Not only is Sachuest Point in Middletown, Rhode Island one of my favorite places to photograph and hike, but this session is especially special! I’ve known Greg since we were kids, we went to high school together and everything, so it was an honor to be asked to photograph their upcoming September wedding. They are the absolute CUTEST! And of course, champagne was popped and they were adventurous enough to brave the tall grasses for those dreamy sunset photos. I love engagement sessions because it gives me a chance to interact with couples before the big day and get them used to posing for the camera so on the wedding day we can grab those just married photos quickly and get them on to cocktail hour and joyfullness. Congratulations Logan and Greg!

I truly believe there is nothing better than a joyful celebration with friends on the shores of Newport, Rhode Island to make a wedding memorable. Newport boasts luxury venues, such as Belle Mer, gorgeous sunsets and views, and delicious food. Cynbol and Greg were married but wanted to throw the biggest party in the best location with all of their family and friends from around the globe. No detail was left untouched, from multiple bridal gowns, to the delicious Ben + Jerry’s Ice Cream bar (I made sure to get some!) to the gorgeous florals and uplighting. It was lovely to see the joyful celebration of so many friends and families uniting, and to hear the stories of how they met, and the both of them growing up.
Congratulations Cynbol + Greg! Your celebration was something special and I wish you the happiest of lifetimes together!

Blush Ballerina Wedding Inspiration | Newport Rhode Island Wedding Photography at Queen Anne's Loft
As a dancer myself, if you could ask me to envision my dream wedding, this would be pretty close to it! There is something about the elegance and grace of a ballet dancer, surrounded by blush and glittery details that makes a dreamy wedding come to life. Especially when your Bride brings her pointe shoes, loves to get dressed up and fits the role perfectly! A Valentine's Day Wedding | Galentine's Celebration | Newport Wedding Photographer
I thought now would be a good time to get caught up on the blog as I kick off my 2019 season which is jam packed full of glorious weddings! This styled shoot collaboration was in my favorite seaside city of Newport, Rhode Island at Queen Anne’s Loft. The florals and decor were romantically designed in pinks and reds reflective of the holiday of love. Oh and that dress…was absolutely to die for! Scales and Shells Newport Rhode Island | Half Shell Bridal Shower
A bridal shower is such a fun time for couples! A brunch with friends, great food, and of course mimosas in the quaint seaside city of Newport. Our last shoot at Scales and Shells highlighted the upstairs, but today we are looking at the downstairs, called the Half Shell. Equipped with a private bar, lots of tables, colorful walls and big windows, the Half Shell is the perfect nook for any celebration!
